Our recruitment process
To minimise bias during the screening process for open positions, we use neuroscientific games and structured questions and do not see personal data (such as name, age, or gender) in applications.
We invite qualified candidates to participate in an interview. We utilise multiple interviewers and include standard questions for each role to reduce bias during the interview process.
Depending on the screening outcome and position you are applying for, you may be asked to prepare a relevant case and present it to a group of us.
Competencies for all roles
Our corporate language is English, and you must be able to read, write and speak English at a high professional level. Digital proficiency is required, as we work remotely and are paperless. We would love to expand our geographical footprint and therefore we do not have any residence requirements.
